Take the Challenge, Why Not?
This is a 12-week weight loss program for all ages who desire to lose weight in an atmosphere designed with structure and fun in mind. Individuals earn points through nutritional and fitness challenges. This will provide motivation and direction to lose weight, gain health, release stress, enjoy comradery and create structure for you to continue on a better lifestyle path.
Meet at Oak Park Tuesday & Thursday- 7:00 pm
Weigh in Monday mornings at Tam Tennis between 6:00-7:00 am

Overall winner will receive all their cost back and a 3 month membership!!
