Tech Stars: Robotics Adventures with LEGO WeDo
Grades K-3
Explore the exciting world of robotics and build and program your own robotic creations using the LEGO WeDo Robotics System.  This unique system teaches about simple machines, engineering, programming and so much more.  Young imaginations soar!

Tech Stars: Game Making with Spolder
Grades 3-5
Students will have a ton of fun using their creativity and strategy to develop a multi-level computer game with Spolder!  They will work in pairs to create games like Retro Arcade, Platformer, Physics Puzzle and 3D Space Adventure.

Tech Stars: Minecraft Desert Island Survival
Grades K-3
Learn fundamentals of computer networking through this unique Minecraft experience that also allows you and your friends to work in multiplayer mode as you mine, craft and build together to survive.  Working with a partner, use your skills to explore all the secrets the world has to offer, including a mysterious castle filled with challenges.

Tech Stars: XBOX Video Gaming Coding
Grades 3-5
In this amazing course, you and a partner will work together and use XBOX controllers connected to PC's to design, code and present your own unique video game.  Using an amazing software called KODU, learn to add objects and scoring elements, create paths and add multiple characters.  Navigate the XBox 360 Gamepad and build your own coding skills as you create enjoyable, fun, and challenging games to ahre with your family & friends.  Continue mastering your programming skills at home using your own XBox 360 controller, a PC, and the free software.

RoboThink is an exciting new STEM education company offering fun and exciting robotics, coding and engineering programs.  

RoboThink Winter After School Robotics Program
Ages 5-14
Build robots, learn coding, have STEM-tastic fun! RoboThink offers academically oriented STEM programs focusing on robotics and coding for budding, intermediate, and/or advanced students. We are aligned with Next Gen Science standards and allow students to be hands on and engaged in problem solving formulation and solving it through design. Armed with motors, sensors, gears and mainboards, students build and code robot creations of all shapes, sizes and functions! Each session, students are introduced to engineering and coding concepts through our trained instructors and STEM workbooks. Students are in turn, asked to apply these concepts to solve challenges, provide solutions to problems and build creative robots in a fun environment. No prior experience is required, there are different curricula to adjust for different experience levels.

RoboThink Family Battle Royale Workshop
Ages 5-12 with Adult
Have fun with your family and learn how to build robots, then battle your creations against other robots in our exciting workshop! Price is based on a team of two consisting of one adult and one child up to 12 years of age. Learn how to use RoboThink's innovative robotics pieces, motors, switches, axles and gears to build robot models of all sizes, shapes and functions. Towards the end of the event, each team will be battling their robots in a battle royale. The team with the last fully intact robot wins! Our lesson plans are built around RoboThink's proprietary kits, plans and STEM curriculum, designed by teachers and engineers. The activities are interactive, hands-on and engaging to promote learning in a fun way!
