Aqua Zumba

Ditch the workout and join the Zumba party in the pool!  Perfect for those looking to get their Zumba moves on without the impact.  Combining the Zumba philosophy with vigerous aqua exercises this is one pool party you don't want to miss!  The water's resistance cushions your feet, knees and back as you dance the class away.  Classes are held in shallow water (chest deep) for a great low impact but challenging workout.

Aqua Tabata

Aqua Tabata water workout is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout in the water.  Participants use maximal effort for 20 seconds and recover for 10 seconds for 8 rounds of work.  Suspension and weights may able be used in this Tabata group class.  Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training.  Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, allows each class to blast away the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.  Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

Aqua HiLo

The Aqua HiLo workout includes a warm-up and cool down, as well as five segments that are intended to train cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance.  This is a good old-fashioned aerobic training that was designed to keep the heart rate at a steady state, medium-high intensity for over 45 minutes, providing optimal fat burning and cardiovascular conditioning.

Deep to Shallow

This water fitness program starts in the diving well of the pool and ends in the shallow and provides a no-impact but challenging cardiovascular workout.  Participants will use floatation belts and styrofoam barbells to perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, abdominal work and toning exercises.  This class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone.
