HOW TO REGISTER
Session 1*: June 2-6 • Register by filling out the Camp Registration Form. Online registration is not available for camps.
*EARLY CHILDHOOD CAMPS ONLY • Camp registration is done by emailing form to robin@niles-parks.org. Or in person at the Howard Leisure Center,
Session 2: June 9-13 6676 W. Howard Street (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm). Excludes camps at IceLand.
Session 3: June 16-20 • Credit card payment must be included on the form in order to register.
Session 4: June 23-27 REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Session 5: June 30-July 3 • Campers must be registered by 5:00 pm, the Thursday prior to the session start date. A $25 late fee will
be charged if registering the Friday before the session start date.

Session 7: July 14-18 REFUND POLICY
Session 8: July 21-25 To withdraw from a session of camp and receive a refund, a request must be made by 5:00 pm the Thursday prior to the

Session 10: August 4-8 for participation in Niles Park District summer camps and the limited number of spots available, refunds will
not be issued for camp days that campers are unable to attend due to illness or family schedule conflicts.

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL PROCEDURE
Drop Off: Campers will be signed in by staff or parents, and dropped off at their designated camp site no earlier than 5

& HOURS Pick Up/Release of Camper: Children will be signed out by staff or parents and must be picked up by an authorized
individual at the camp site. Camp registration forms require the names of the individuals who are authorized to pick up your
Recreation Camp at child including parents. Your child will not be released to any person whose names do not appear on the pick-up list. All
Oasis Fun Center persons listed on the registration form will be required to present a photo ID until recognized by staff. Pick-up will be promptly

Early Childhood Camps at LUNCH & SNACK
Howard Leisure Center REC/SPORTS CAMP- Campers will need to bring their own bagged and labeled lunch, along with snacks and water

SUNSCREEN
Apply sunscreen to your camper prior to arrival at camp. A spray bottle of sunscreen should be brought to camp daily.
Campers will be responsible for the re-application of sunscreen to themselves. Counselors will give reminders throughout
