       SHOTOKAN KARATE CLASSES                                YOUTH & ADULT KARATE
       Register at Niles Park District for karate classes. Illinois Shotokan Karate Club is  Boys & Girls Ages 7 & Up

                                                              Boys & Girls Ages 15 & Up
                                                              Our Adult classes release tension, develop total body fitness, and build stamina
                                                              and overall productivity.  In addition to self-defense skills, karate increases
                                                              flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle tone, while improving core
                                                              strength. CLASS LIMIT IS 10. 11 WEEKS.
