IceLand                Class Descriptions for Both Winter & Spring Sessions

       TOT CLASSES (Ages 3-6)
       Parent & Tot                                       FREESTYLE CLASSES
       This class is designed for preschoolers accompanied by an adult.  Instructional time is  Pre-Freestyle/Pre-Freeskate
       30 minutes.  Under the guidance of one of our very qualified staff, children and parents  Pre-Requisite: Must have passed Delta. Skaters will now move from Delta to Pre-Freestyle to learn

       Precedes Tot 1.  Begins off-ice week 1 and 2 for 10-15 minutes, and then enters the ice.  combined with the LTS USA.  These classes are for the advanced skater.
       All participants will be on the ice each week of class.  Class will always meet instructor in
       assigned locker room.
                                                          SPECIALTY CLASSES
       Tot 1
       Pre-requisite: Tot Beginner. This class is designed to teach your basic skating skills.  Power Class (Alpha-FS3 & FS4 & Above)

       Tot 3, Snowplow Sam 3                              Skaters need more than just in ice training.  Off ice conditioning is vital to a good on ice performance.
       Pre-requisite: Tot 2. This class emphasizes forward swizzles, snow plow stops, 1 foot  The focus of this class will be on core strength, stability, balance, explosive power, flexibility, and off
