CAMP SESSIONS HOW TO REGISTER
Participant must register for the full 1-week • Register by filling out the Camp Registration Form.

Session 7: July 15-19 the Thursday prior to the session start date.
Session 8: July 22-26 A $25 late fee will be charged if registering
Session 9: July 29-August 2 the Friday before the session start date.
Session 10: August 5-9
Session 11: August 12-16 CAMP REFUND POLICY
• To withdraw from a session of camp and receive a
refund, a request must be submitted by 5:00 pm
the Thursday prior to the start of the session.
CAMP LOCATIONS & HOURS • A $25 per camper, per session service
Recreation Camp at Oasis Fun Center, 7877 Milwaukee Ave. charge is applied to all refund requests.
Grade K-9 (entering Fall 2024) • Refunds will not be given for missed camp days.
9:00 am-4:00 pm ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL PROCEDURE

Sports Camp at Grennan Heights, Drop Off - Campers will be signed in by staff or parents,
8255 Oketo Ave. and dropped off at their designated camp site no
Grade K-9 (entering Fall 2024) earlier than 5 minutes prior to the start of camp.
9:00 am-4:00 pm
Pick Up/Release Of Camper - Children will be signed out
Early Childhood Camps at Howard Leisure by staff or parents, and must be picked up by an authorized
Center, 6676 W. Howard St. individual at the camp site. Camp registration forms require
Ages 3-6 (entering Fall 2024) the names of the individuals who are authorized to pick
9:00 am-1:00 pm up your child, including parents. Your child will not be
9:00 am-4:00 pm released to any person whose names do not appear on
Ice Skating & Hockey Camps at IceLand, the pick-up list. All persons listed on the registration form
8435 Ballard Rd. will be required to present a photo ID until recognized
Ages 6-13 by staff. Pick-up will be promptly at the end of the camp
day. Arrangements for extended care can be made
in advance for full day campers at a flat fee per week.
Children may not be left unattended in any of our facilities.
