HOW TO REGISTER
• Register by filling out the Camp Registration Form.
• Online registration is not available for camps.
CAMP SESSIONS • Camp registration is done by emailing form to robin@
Participant must register for the full 1-week niles-parks.org. Or in person at the Howard Leisure
session. Fees are to be paid in full at the time Center, 6676 W. Howard Street (Monday-Friday
of registration. No camp Friday, July 4. 8:30 am-5:00 pm). Excludes camps at IceLand.
Session 1: June 2-6 (*Early Childhood camps only*) • Credit card payment must be included
Session 2: June 9-13 on the form to register.
Session 3: June 16-20 REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Session 4: June 23-27 • Campers must be registered by 5:00 pm,
Session 5: June 30-July 3 the Thursday prior to the session start date.
Session 6: July 7-11 A $25 late fee will be charged if registering
Session 7: July 14-18 the Friday before the session start date.
Session 8: July 21-25
Session 9: July 28-August 1 CAMP REFUND POLICY
Session 10: August 4-8 • To withdraw from a session of camp and receive a
Session 11: August 11-15 refund, a request must be submitted by 5:00 pm

• A $25 per camper, per session service

CAMP LOCATIONS & HOURS • Due to the demand for participation in Niles Park
Recreation Camp at Oasis Fun District summer camps and the limited number
Center, 7877 Milwaukee Ave. of spots available, refunds will not be issued for
Grade K-8 (entering Fall 2025) camp days that campers are unable to attend
9:00 am-4:00 pm due to illness or family schedule conflicts.
Sports Camp at Grennan Heights, 8255 Oketo ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL PROCEDURE
Grade K-8 (entering Fall 2025) Drop Off- Campers will be signed in by staff or parents
9:00 am-4:00 pm and dropped off at their designated camp site no
Early Childhood Camps at Howard earlier than 5 minutes prior to the start of camp.
