Camp Registration Information

WELCOME TO NILES PARK DISTRICT SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

• Camp will be offered in weekly sessions.  Participants must register for the full week(s).
• If the camp of your choice fills up, you will be added to the waitlist.

HOW TO REGISTER:

• Register by filling out the Camp Registration Form.
• Email the Camp registration form to Robin- robin@niles-parks.org.  Or in person at the Howard Leisure Center, 6676 W. Howard Street (Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:00 pm). 
• Ice Skating & Hockey Camps- Register at IceLand, 8435 Ballard beginning May 5.
• CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE!
• Credit card payment must be included on the form in order to register.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

• Campers must be registered by 5:00 pm the Thursday prior to the session start date.  A $25 late fee will be charged if registered the Friday before the session start date.

REFUND POLICY:

• To withdraw from a session of camp and receive a refund, a request must be submitted by 5:00 pm the Thursday prior to the start of the session. 
• A $25 per camper, per session service charge is applied to all refund requests.
• Due to the demand for participation in Niles Park District summer camps and the limited number of spots available, refunds will not be issued for camp days that campers are unable to attend due to illness or family scheduled events.
